Lessuise, Inc. has a crew of experts that will travel to your job site and provide all painting services for both commercial and residential jobs. We also have a separate team that specializes in the pre-finishing services, which is done at our building.

Lessuise, Inc. is a custom-order shop; there is nothing we can not do, we are capable of painting and pre-finishing all of your needs.

Painting Services

• 2 coats of Sherwin-Williams Harmony Latex Paint.
  
  
• Up to 5 colors of your choice per home/building at no extra charge.
  
  
• Puttying of all nail holes in trim after installation - includes wiping woodwork with a product specifically made to remove all putty smudge marks and to make the wood shine with a gloss finish.
  
  
• Staining and varnishing of all windows - includes sanding smooth between coats.
  
  
• Painting of all entry doors with Industrial Enamel – done on site.
  
  
• Touching up of entire home/building after all sub- contractors have left the site.
  
  
• Personalized and professional attention to meet all of your needs.
  
  
• A ONE YEAR WARRANTY on all materials and workmanship.

Pre-finishing Services

• Pre-Sanding of all woodwork.
  To prepare for staining Lessuise Inc. pre-sands all woodwork to remove any blemishes or scratches that may occur when staining the wood.
  
  
• Stain & Seal of all woodwork to custom color.
  Lessuise Inc. is capable of matching any color the owner selects.
  
  
• Finish-Sand of all woodwork.
  Because smooth woodwork is vital to any homeowner, we first sand all doors and frames by hand to ensure a superior quality finish. After sanding by hand, we put all trim and molding through our Super Brush machine, which was professionally designed to sand every inch of the wood until it’s smooth.
  
  
• Top-Coat of all woodwork.
  To give the wood our finishing touch, we use a precatalized Lacquor Varnish, or a finish of your choice.
